Electrc 2011 opens a blank quick-reference table window:

Click the zoom icon at the top of the screen and select any zoom level from the drop-down list. The
setting will be saved and the problem will not reappear.


Installing and running Electrc 2011 or Loadcalc 2011:

On some Vista and Windows 7 systems, you might receive an error message when attempting to run the program.

The program likely installed properly, with no error messages. But when attempting to run it for the first time, you
might receive an 'Error #7", or a similar error message..

This is caused by the heightened security level of Vista and Windows 7. The fix for this error is to right-click the Electrc
2011 or Loadcalc 2011 icon that was installed on your desktop, then select "Run as administrator".



Website Display Problems

If pages do not display properly, or the links to download trials or the links to purchase licenses do not work properly:

    Firefox Browser:

    1. Click the 'Reload current page' button on the menu bar, or press F5.
    2. Select 'Clear Private Data' from the tools menu, being sure the 'Cache' option is checked.

    Internet Explorer Browser:

    1. Click the 'Refresh' button on the menu bar, or press F5.
    2. Select 'Tools', 'Internet Options', 'Delete Files' (including all  offline content).
